Remove the barriers in a real customer task
A visitor who cannot choose a date, correct a field or operate a dialog may be unable to complete the whole task. We work on concrete access barriers in existing and new interfaces, starting with the journey and the people it is intended to serve.
Follow the task beyond the homepage
For an illustrative online booking flow used in the Netherlands, the review might include selecting a service, reading Dutch preparation instructions, choosing an available time and correcting an invalid contact field. Provider handoffs and confirmation messages are included where they affect that task.
Scope can include semantic structure, keyboard behaviour, focus handling, contrast, responsive reflow, form labels and error feedback. We also review content choices such as meaningful links and alternatives to information supplied only in an image or PDF.
Separate fixes from a broad compliance claim
Applicable accessibility obligations depend on the service and circumstances. Official Dutch and European guidance can help the responsible organisation determine its requirements. We implement an agreed technical scope; this is not a legal opinion, certification or a promise that an automated scan establishes complete conformance.
A useful review names the pages, states, tools and assistive setups exercised. Human assessment and appropriate user participation may be needed alongside automated checks. A specialist audit can be coordinated or scoped separately where the project requires it.
Keep improvements maintainable
We connect repairs to reusable controls and publishing guidance so a new product card or form does not quietly restore the same barrier. Handover includes remaining issues and the limits of the evidence.
Bring the affected address and the task someone cannot finish. Existing audit findings, if available, help define priorities, but a report is not required to describe a visible problem. We can establish a bounded set of repairs and show how those changes affect the customer's path.
