Let the content team maintain two useful language paths
A bilingual site can drift even when every page was translated carefully at launch. A product changes in one language, a download is replaced and an old service description remains visible elsewhere. We build the content structure and editorial workflow around keeping those relationships usable over time.
Identify what changes together
We inventory services, products, resources, downloads and recurring notices. Some information can be shared across languages, such as an approved product identifier. Other information needs its own wording, image or local review. The content model should reflect that difference rather than duplicate every field without a plan.
For an illustrative training business serving Dutch and English readers, a course date may be common while the preparation instructions and booking explanation differ. We can connect equivalent pages, keep the visitor's context when switching languages and make an unavailable translation explicit.
Give editors a complete publishing route
Scope may cover CMS selection or integration, content modelling, page components, preview access, migration of agreed material and editor guidance. We review draft, approved, published, corrected and removed content. A saved edit should have an understood route to the public page, including any cache or build step.
Review the small text as well
Page titles, descriptions, form feedback, image alternatives and download labels belong to the language experience. We arrange the implementation so the appointed reviewer can find and check them. The engagement does not imply certified translation or native-language approval; specialist writing and review are agreed where needed.
Bring a page your team changes often and another whose language versions have become hard to keep aligned. Tell us who writes, approves and publishes each version. Those examples help choose a practical structure and avoid making routine corrections depend on a developer remembering where the second copy lives.
