A website that turns the right visit into a useful enquiry
A visitor may arrive knowing the product they need, or only knowing that something in their work has become difficult. The website needs to help both people reach an appropriate next step. We plan and build business websites around those decisions rather than starting with a collection of decorative sections.
Make the route to an enquiry concrete
For an illustrative Dutch equipment supplier, the important distinction might be between an available spare part, a compatibility question and a request for a complete installation. Those enquiries need different information. We can organise the catalogue and service pages so people understand which route to choose before completing a form.
The scope can include information architecture, original page layouts, responsive implementation, a manageable content system and enquiry journeys. Existing useful material is assessed before a replacement is proposed. A company with a reliable brochure site may need a clearer product-to-enquiry path rather than an entirely different platform.
Plan the English and Dutch versions together
We identify which pages require Dutch copy, which can remain in English and who can approve the wording. Language changes should preserve the visitor's task where an equivalent page exists. Translated navigation alone is not a complete second-language experience: validation messages, downloads and follow-up expectations matter too. Qualified local wording review is arranged according to the project.
Check what happens after the visitor acts
A form needs understandable labels, correction messages, a genuine result and a place for the business to retrieve the request. We also review direct links, narrow screens, keyboard use, page metadata and missing addresses. These checks establish behaviour under named conditions; they do not promise search rankings or a particular number of enquiries.
Bring the current URL, two typical visitor questions and an example of a useful enquiry. Tell us who edits the site and which parts of the current system are worth keeping. Those details help distinguish a focused improvement from a larger rebuild.
